Chrome Extension for Recuitment Consultancy

adoleo, a business unit of the Cologne-based JARVEX Group, is a full-service recruitment consultancy focusing on specialists and executives in the IT and digital industries. adoleo sees itself as both a service provider and a technology innovator, with the permanent aim of using new technologies to better serve customer needs and optimize its own processes.

To support the identification of candidates on business networks such as Xing and LinkedIn, we developed a Chrome extension for adoleo that extracts the most important key data of a candidate from the respective profile pages and transfers it to Google Sheets via a custom server component. The Manifest V3-compatible extension is optimized for high performance and usability. The adoleo recruiting experts can thus concentrate on their core task of profile analysis and save themselves the tedious manual transfer of profile data into the adoleo data pool. The extension also prevents the creation of duplicates within a project via a caching layer to prevent the multiple entry of a candidate.
