Our Approach
Abend Patience collects as little data as possible. We do not build user profiles, serve advertising, or sell data to third parties.
Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored exclusively on your device (via UserDefaults):
- Saved game states for games in progress
- Game statistics (number of games played, win rate, best time)
- App settings (card design, table background, sound settings)
This data does not leave your device except through iCloud synchronisation (see below).
iCloud Synchronisation
If you are signed into an Apple ID on your device and have iCloud enabled, game statistics are synchronised between your own devices using Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Storage service. This synchronisation happens exclusively through your personal iCloud account and is accessible only to you. For Apple’s privacy information, see: https://www.apple.com/privacy/
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
All purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple’s App Store. The app only receives confirmation of whether an active subscription exists. Payment data is never processed by or accessible to the app. Apple’s privacy policy applies to all transactions.
No Third-Party Services
The app contains:
- no analytics or tracking services (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel)
- no advertising networks
- no social media integrations
- no external server connections
Permissions
The app does not request access to any device capabilities (no access to camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, etc.).
Children
The app is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. As the app does not store any personal data on our servers, this applies only to locally stored data, which you can remove at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in iOS Settings.
